The mod world is nearly impossible to get a complete overview over, so to make this section of AoW Heaven really good, we need help. The more you “mess around” with tools and rule-sets, the more likely it is that you get problems with your game (and maybe even with your computer). The use of mods or mod tools of any sort is not in any way supported by the developers or HeavenGames. Tools used to create scenarios with additional features, even if those scenarios are playable with the standard version of the game.Those typically change the units in the game, and/or how the game mechanics work. Rule-sets (often called mods or mod-packs) that can be installed.Examples of things that are mods with this definition: The only exceptions are the official patches that have been released, and normal user created scenarios that can be downloaded from the Internet. We have chosen to define a Mod as anything that is not immediately available for use with the unmodified game that is installed from the CD. The categorization and short descriptions should help identifying those mods that may be of interest to you.
